on a period roof
A lot of Frome homes are older than the grid itself. That is fine. Panels work on stone houses, slate roofs and clay tiles.
On some roofs we use in roof panels that sit flush with the tiles. They look neat and suit older buildings well. On others a standard rail system is the better choice.
East and west roofs work too. What matters is a careful survey and an honest design.
